Road Closure and Detour Information

Boeckman Road will be closed between Canyon Creek and Sherman Drive, starting the week of January 22nd to construct the new bridge and add other improvements to make the road safer and easier to use. The road closure is anticipated to be closed for about one year.

What to Expect During the Boeckman Road Closure

All east-west through traffic on Boeckman Road will be detoured via Stafford Road or Canyon Creek Road to Elligsen Road.


Closing the road is the safest, fastest, most cost-effective, and environmentally friendly way to construct the bridge and make the other improvements to modernize Boeckman Road.
