Joint City Council and Planning Commission Work Session

City Council and Planning Commission will hold a joint work session on the Housing Our Future project on July 15, 2024 at 5 pm. The work session will be held in Council Chambers at City Hall. This meeting will include an overview of initial findings from the project’s draft analysis of projected growth, population trends, and housing needs over the next 20 years. Based on this information, Planning Commission and City Council will start discussing goals for the project’s Housing Production Strategy, which will contain a list of actions that will help meet the City’s future housing needs.

Work sessions are open to the public. Comments and testimony are not taken at work sessions, but may be presented for consideration by City Council or Planning Commission during the period of public input at the beginning of meetings.
