Library Usage Survey: What has Changed?

The Wilsonville Public Library launched a strategic planning process in late 2019 with the assistance of the Library Strategies Consulting Group. As a part of this process, the Library asked users to complete a usage survey 2020 (thanks to those who participated!). Unfortunately, the process was halted because of COVID-19.

As the Library turns its attention back to strategic planning, we recognize that much has changed, both in the world and at the Library, since our survey was conducted. Thus, we are asking Library users to take 5-10 minutes to complete a new survey to better inform our plan.

Responses are confidential and no personal information will be kept or gathered for any purpose other than this survey. Please respond to the survey by the end of the day on May 15 2021.

The library will use this survey along with other data collected from focus groups, demographic trends, and library best practices to develop a five-year strategic plan, which will be presented to the City Council approval this fall.
