Boeckman Creek Crossing

My husband and I have always enjoyed this short, woodsy hike. It's a great place to escape the sweltering summer rays.

Daily walks through Graham Oaks

I walk almost every day through the Graham Oaks Nature Park. It has been so healing for the health conditions I have struggled with and helps me feel connected to the community here. Almost every time I see deer, rabbits, different birds, and snakes. I've also enjoyed walking to the farmer's market every week and exploring the homes, watching all the different trees and flowers change with the seasons, and explore the neighborhood parks and trails.

Graham Oaks Nature Park . . .

Graham Oaks is one of our favorite walks - this is a beautiful park that will only keep improving as it matures - thank you to the City and especially Charlotte Lehan for all of your efforts in making this park a reality. I can only imagine how it is going to look in 20-30 years as the trees mature - Wow ! Oh yes, a special shout-out to Batman; I feel safer already, knowing that you are by my side as my dog Flynn and I walk through Wilsonville at night ( see "Walking The City at Night" story…
