Protected bike lane/separated sidewalk

I have lived on Brown Road for over 16 years now and the main thing that raises an issue for me is that it appears some of the improvements on the east side of the street, mainly from 29670 SW Brown and northward, take parking spots away from private property landlords. While I understand Wilsonville isn't fond of catering to cars, existing parking availability should not be compromised, as parking is already at a premium in this area. The expansion of the sidewalks and such could be expanded into Tranquil Park more effectively. I think the protected bike lane with separated sidewalk would be most beneficial.

That is just my two cents, for the time being.
